Department of Computer Science
Computer science is the real “Rocket Science” for everyone who dreamt of becoming a scientist in any walk of life using computers to solve problems. In Computer science you will study and apply your knowledge in understanding what computers are; How to program them, the tools to write the program the rules when converting the written program understandable by the computers, the Interface between the computer and the user, computer graphics, computer networking, Managing the software database, software engineering and testing them efficiently and more.
The courses computer science and computer application were introduced in our college in the year 2010. An Air conditioned computer lab was established in the year 2010. Our department provides the computer lab with a Wi-Fi connection.

Paper Presentation
Five students presented papers on “Portrayal of Human Trauma in Subaltem Studies and Dalit Literature” at Saint Antony college of Women, Dindigul.
Students came first in total points of various skill competitions of Heritage 2016 of “TATA DHAN ACADEMY” and got the rolling shield and a cash award of Rs. 10,000.
